nTranga (subsidiary of Serenity Infotech) is looking for a subject matter expert in Human Resources, who is driven, possess extensive knowledge of HR policies and best practices across all industry verticals (IT, ITES, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, Media, Pharma, Healthcare and Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Public Sector) and should be able to drive/gather business requirements for HR.
Should also have good knowledge of India payroll policies and integration with HR. HR include personnel, organizational management, compensation, leave management, union/non-union agreements, self-serve functions via portal, and performance management.
