HR Asst Manager for Graphite

The candidate should be experienced in HR modelling and staffing, compensation strategization, labour relations and negotiations including dealing with statutory obligations, disciplinary procedures, conflict management and personnel information system.

The candidate should have adequate exposure towards principles and methods involving Training Need Identification and organize training design in consultation with respective functional heads / management.
