HR Associate for The Hackett Group

Candidate should have at least 3 years of progressive experience in handling HR functions.

Ability to work in tight deadlines.

Strong experience in managing HR MIS.

Strong experience working on MS Office suite.

Willing to work in high pressure environment.

Candidates from non-IT or Process industry preferred but not mandatory.

Job Description:
To coordinate the HR Activities included but not limited to:

1. Onboarding
2. Training and development initiatives
3. ISO Documentation for HR department
4. Attendance and Leave Record
5. Employee Relations
6. HR MIS
7. Periodic activities like PMP Process, Probation Completions etc
