HR Assistant Manager for Quinnox

Candidate should have good experience in HR operations activities.

Assists in implementing new policies, practices, systems and programs to meet company and line management needs.

Working on periodic employee metrics & trends

Performance Management - Assists in the appraisal & promotion process.

Personal & Administration - Handling end to end P& A activities of a set group of employees (joining, exit, attendance, employee records etc)

Coordination across all location on compliance towards employee or labor relations.

Provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.

Ensuring compliance to systems and processes. Addressing queries & employee grievances.
