Performance Management - Assists in the appraisal & promotion process.
Personal & Administration - Handling end to end P& A activities of a set group of employees (joining, exit, attendance, employee records etc)
Coordination across all location on compliance towards employee or labor relations.
Provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.
Ensuring compliance to systems and processes. Addressing queries & employee grievances.
