The role of HRA can be categorized into three areas – Facilitator (facilitate the line managers in execution of people management responsibilities/different HR processes/better work environment & culture within their internal customer orgns ; Catalyst (in starting new programs aimed at employee wellbeing, change management, improved business efficiency and effectiveness ; Enabler (enable managers to perform their people manager responsibility more effectively).
He / she would need to play a consultative and advisory role to the business during the following HR initiatives - Performance Management – PBC, MMP
Potential Management – Top Talent / Technical Resources / Exective Resources management, Leadership development
Career Management – Career Planning, Progression, Skills, Critical Skill Gap Analysis, Career Mentoring
Manager Development – New Managers Induction, People Manager enablement, Span of Control, programs
Employee Communication – Round Tables, speak-up, Executive Skip Level, All Hands meet
Recognition & Rewards – Awards, Employee stop options, short-term on-site assignments
