Candidate will be responsible to execute and fulfillment of current and future re-sourcing needs, short listing the best suitable candidates and maintaining the resumes databank.

Maintain and update a data bank of consultants for the purpose of lateral recruitment.

Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.

Compiling the attendance of each employee in Branch & Projects Office on a daily & monthly basis.

Coordination with corporate HR & any other tasks as assigned by the HOD.

Female candidates with minimum 3 yrs of experience into handling of HR & Administration function within the real estate industry.
