The profile will be a HR Generalist and will involve the below given activities.

Should have working knowledge on end-to-end HR processes including but not limited to Induction, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relationships and Exits.

Should have been involved in Hiring Process.

Should have been involved in Legal Compliances activities.

Should have been involved in Security

Should have been involved in General Administration activities.

Should have been involved in Plant Maintenance (general).

Should have been involved in Utilities upkeep

Should have been involved in Employee relationship activities.

Experience in various facets of Human Resources in a generalist role.

The resource should be innovative / creative and should have good inter-personal skills.

Excellent oral & written communication skills and presentation skills.

Good team player.

Proactive approach towards work.
