Any Graduate (BMS) having Post Graduation/ Diploma in HR/ IR from any Institute.
Candidate should have experience in Hr& admin activities.
Job requirements and finalizing candidates.
Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies.
Should be able to design the organization structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.
Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.
Should be able to introduce new Hr initiatives like linking pay to performance, reward and recognition policy etc.
Preferably an exposure in an ERP or on-line Hr processes.
Ensuring compliance of statutory obligation under various labour laws.
Knowledge of ESIS, PF, salary administration, filed staff requirements etc.
Good communication in English as well as local language ie. Hindi.
