Lobo Staffing Solutions is looking for a candidate profile with strong exposure to the recruitment and staffing business would be ideally suitable.
Since the profile would require driving BD & Sales functions, previous sales & marketing within any industry would be prefered.
Post-graduate in HR & Marketing
Team management, mentoring, training and guidance providing to create a conducive environment with strong team spirit.
A proven track record of increasing revenues, building the team and creating a closely knit, teamwork environment to enhance productivity.
PG with marketing and HR specialization would be preferred
Job Description:
* A strategic role with new challenges, suitable to an aspiring leader self motivated to make a difference.
* Regularly review all business products (Target vs Actuals) of perm recruitment and staffing for the entire region.
* Responsible to drive the BD (Sales) team & timely delivery of assignments by the sourcing & recruitment team.
* Onboarding of new contract staffing and permanent recruitment assignments.
* Implementing innovative techniques for effective sourcing, profitable BD and new business strategies.
* Frequent interaction and working closely with all India heads, other regional heads & product managers.
* Conducting frequent market research in all the industries in terms of BD and recruitment.
* Managing multi location delivery (recruitment & operations teams), with business support to practice leaders & the HR SPOC.
* The role is 70% outward focused and 30% inward focused. (New client aquisition 80% and mining the existing clients 20%)
* Focused, enthusiastic and self motivated to lead and drive the regional team towards a profitable unit and making it a successful small business unit.
* Develop a given region, tap new markets and focus on top line and bottom line.
