Has to plan and develop and deploy Recruitment strategy across the group.
Has to plan people movement based on individual and business growth and identify gaps.
Has to carry out manpower planning and ensure that the recruitment needs of the organisation are met within the stipulated time frame.
Has to source and select and ensure the employees recruited as per the predefined job brief and recruitment guidelines.
Has to develop and ensure that JD for the position are periodically updated based on business growth plan.
Has to develop selection tools appropriate for each position and ensure quality across.
Has to monitor and ensure that the manpower cost remains within the agreed budgetary limits.
Has to promote and establish CKPL group as the preferred employer brand in the campuses.
The incumbent should be Masters in HR / Psychology / MBA HR with experience
Should have headed Talent planning & acquisition function for large corporate
Should have Knowledge and hands on experience on Annual Manpower Planning and various selection tools and Recruitment MIS
Knowledge on various psychometric tools & Interviewing skill and experience in drafting policies with strong computer skills in excel , PPT
Should have the ability to articulate with strong analytical skills
Should be a good team player
Should have the ability to negotiate and influence others
Should be a Tech savvy and result oriented person with attention to details
Ability to speak Hindi would be preferred
