PAREXEL International, Hyderabad 5–7 Yrs Share this jobInitiate day to day facility related liaison with key stakeholders (staff, landlord, suppliers, contractors) as and where needed to ensure establishment of service culture.
Manage all maintenance activities within facility to meet needs of business and ensure proper upkeep of related equipment/installations.
Recommend and coordinate all suppliers and contractors related to facilities to ensure a high level of quality service.
Manage, execute and follow-up of Helpdesk support calls.
Negotiation of preferential rates for goods & services.
Review and monitor facility related expenses (utilities, consumables & related) according to budget whilst evaluating all opportunities to save.
Assist Managers/Departments with space and furniture planning needs.
Coordinate office and equipment relocations as requested by Managers.
Acquisition and disposal of furniture and fixtures.
Ensure the effective management of reception, housekeeping and security services to adequate level of quality.
Manage office services with respect to stationary keeping, staff business/ID cards.
Ensure office (facility, staff and equipment) is safe and secure and properly access controlled.
Ensure facility is kept cleaned at an appropriate level or standard of hygiene as required by specific unit/department or corporate image.
Ensure Health & Safety policy\legislation is properly implemented, risk assessments are performed on a regular basis and required administration is kept up to date.
Coordinate travel arrangements and suppliers of services in line with Group policy.
Assist with the planning and coordination of all company and staff functions and events, including the provision of staff lunches as required.
Implement necessary systems, policies and procedures (where no corporate policies are available) to ensure facility is properly managed on a day to day basis .
Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management and development of the team to ensure their performance meets and or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives.
Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.
Participate in and perform (where applicable) formal staff review processes e.g. performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales.
