The incumbent would be identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal databank, job portals, head hunting etc to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs

Evaluating qualified candidates/CVs to specific job

Coordinating with departmental heads to arrange interviews

Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, technical skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment

Taking care of joining formalities
