Monitoring the vacancy need for the organization.
Identifying and sourcing the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization.
Utilize and manage maximum sources like agencies, job portals and employee referrals for the current and future openings.
Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and short listing candidates for the final interview.
Administering tests for employer.
Coordinating and scheduling final interview of the candidate with the panel.
Follow up with both the candidate and the interview panel.
Doing verification and other formalities before the joining of the candidates.
Generating and updating various reports for recruitment
Handling the vendor management and coordinating with the vendors time to time for fulfilling the hiring process
Compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards
End to end recruitment experience in the Indian market
Strong understanding of Indian recruitment Market
Knowledge about job portals & other resources.
Strong understanding of end to end recruitment process
Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Self organized with good time management skills.
Should have the ability to multitask
Manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook
