Lead in Syngenta Selection Process.
(Screening profiles, short listing candidates, scheduling interviews. Recruitment through Job portals, Employee referrals, recruitment Consultants for various positions, Campus selections.)
Coordinating scheduling of quarterly meeting and events related to employee engagement.
Maintaining Employee Database, HR monthly report and HRIS.
Induction and Orientation at the unit level
Meeting with employees and management once in a month.
Conducting Fun Activities for the employees.
Implementing HR Policies
Creating and maintaining motivating environment etc.
Business Partnering with Crop Protection & Seeds Business Heads.
