Executive- HRD for RT Outsorcing

The candidate should have an intense knolwledge of HR function like Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisals etc

Candidate will be involved in statutory compliances(ESI/PF)

Ensuring implementation of Quality Management System in HRD

To conduct audits, As per compliance of ISO standard

Assiting HOD in documentation of process manual of HRD

Conduct awareness trainings on ISO

Candidate should have good communication, analytical, interpersonal skills

Candidate should have exposure to the ISO norms and Standards and should be ready to travel

Candidate should be a graduate or MBA with specialization in HR
