Developing & Updating training Modules based on the client brief
Understanding the process flow of the module
Incorporating the relevant training materials from various sources such as newspapers/ magazines/ books, latest news
Preparation of the spiel for the modules
Incorporating feedback from Clients & the Trainer in the modules
Developing web based modules for e-learning
Handling & Managing the reference material and library
Post graduate in HR
Good knowledge of HR and business theories
Exellent written communication skills
Good knowledge of the corporate world
Ability to understand HR concepts and apply them to develop modules
