Responsible for handling recruitment at plant level and also at regional offices on PAN india basis.

Sourcing of qualified and domain expert candidates according to relevant job criteria, using job portals, computer databases, headhunting and mapping, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, employee referrals, etc.

Conducting initial screening of candidates based on job description and candidate profile by checking them against different specifications such as skill set, salary range, relocation, work authorization etc.

Facilitating the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, handling logistics, conducting selection exercises and other related aspects associated with assessment centres

Conducting and coordinating recruitment drives

Preparing and maintaining various weekly reports and daily MIS

Mentoring and guiding junior members of the team on recruitment
