Executive - HR
Total Sourcing Solutions, Delhi 1–3 Yrs
The candidate shall interface with number of employees and respond to their queries
Shall manage the reimbursements of employees and prepare/print the cheques to handover to employees
Shall be responsible for completing the Full & Final settlements of the employees leaving the organization
Shall be responsible for organizing interviews, providing test materials to the prospective candidates
Shall be assisting new joiners with joining formalities
Shall be responsible for making/printing appraisal letters and restructured compensation letters
Shall update the data-base of all the employees
Shall manage the Medical Insurance by liaisioning with Insurance Company and the employees for settlements of their claims
Shall manage the employee loans such as Personal & Housing inclusive of the documentation & disbursals besides follow up for the documentation required to be given by employees later
Shall be responsible for collecting Inputs for Processing Payroll
Shall complete Debits & Credits on Computerized Software of the above activities
Shall prepare MIS & complete filling of documents
To work under ISO 9001 & Six Sigma working environment
A Graduate/BBA or Diploma/degree in Human Resources
Excellent spoken & written English is a pre-requisite
Experience from Service Industry and who has relevant experience in HR.
