The incumbent has to develop strong relationships with local employees, regional HR and PMC SBU management to ensure business needs are met. Responsible for assisting management in staffing & recruitment, learning & development, statutory requirements & compliance and compensation & benefits of PPG PMC in India.

Coordinate recruitment and staff placement to ensure vacant positions are timely filled according to the PMC SBU needs. Coordinate and administer employee Learning and Development plans. Administer employee performance appraisal and employee relations matters. Responsible for monthly payroll processing and payroll and benefits budget. Manage the staff benefits and ensure it`s cost competitive and as per the industry standard.

Understand the India Employment Laws, regulations and practices and integrate these into PPG`s Human Resource Policies.

Ensure PPG Values and behaviors are consistently applied by documenting and communicating with all employees through all available communication channels. As need arises, ensure that fair and consistent disciplinary actions are practiced and these practices are in compliance with India Law.

Degree in any related field with minimum experience.

PC literate with proficiency in MS office applications.

Ability to interact with people at all levels.

Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
