Candidtate should have good knowledge of Ms-Word, Ms- Excel, Power Point

Post graduate candidates would be highly preferred. MBA (HR) is the most preferred choice.

Candidate are required to work as per the US Timings (6PM IST to 4AM IST)

Proactively contacting existing employees at
regular intervals to resolve/address any issues they may have.

To keep the relationship with existing employees in order to address their concerns on time.

To coordinate with internal departments in order to escalate matters/issues related to the existing employees.
