Candidate should be MBA/MSW/MPM/PGDM in the age group of 32-35 yrs having 8-12 yrs of experience.
He should have excellent knowledge of Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus etc.,
