InTelikore is seeking an exceptionally bright and seasoned professional with over 7+ years of genuine recruiting experience.

This position would involve a strict background check.

Required Skills:
Develops a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, the existing Consultant pool, and current and projected engagements.

Develops and maintains qualified candidate pool via Internet postings and searches, print advertisements, networking/referrals, special recruitment letters and mailings.

Will be a single point of contact for all delivery. The CEO in the US wants a single point of contact in India for all delivery issues.

Should be able to build teams to handle growing business pressures.

Reviews and tracks resumes, conducts phone screens, and schedules candidate interviews.

Conducts in depth behavioral interviews in order to assess skill sets and competencies of candidates.

Documents candidates` profiles, checks candidates` references and supports client service team in determining Consultant "matches" for open client engagements.

Manages Recruiters pool by initiating regular communication with Recruiters to reduce "unassigned time".

Presents recruiting and Consultant development updated at weekly team meetings.

Participates in business development discussions and develops new recruiting strategies based on information obtained from meeting.

Professional Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant recruiting experience plus Information Management industry experience, professional services/consulting experience preferred.

A Bachelor`s degree or Master`s Degree in Computer Science is required.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate via the phone and in person.

Ability to negotiate and influence others.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop business relationships.

Technically proficient in all aspects of Internet recruiting.

Adaptable and flexible to change as well as appreciates sense of urgency in completing tasks.

Strong soft skills and a team player.

Ability to collaborate and support team effectively.

Most importantly this position mandates the candidate to have a high degree of Integrity, honesty and business ethics.
