1. Identify Key Resource, Retention strategies and develop High potential employees.
2. Articulating and delivering Values, HR policies and processes to all employees.
3. Implementation of the Performance Management Program across the organisation.
4. To conduct periodic organization climate / salary surveys and lead initiatives for improvement.
5. Design and deliver training strategy based on key imperatives of the business.
6. Develop Succession plans for critical positions as per the model.
7. Design and deliver effective organization structure and processes to meet strategic imperatives at an optimum cost for the organization.
8. Provide a strategic direction and proactive processes to industrial relations at the factories.
9. Guide business heads and works managers in matters of industrial relations and manage industrial relations.
10. Design Employee satisfaction survey to gauge engagement scores and initiate action plans.
11. Inculcate service orientation among the HR team towards employees.
12. Oversee payroll function and ensure that facilities, prerequisites forming part of agreed remuneration are administered.
13. Ensure adherence to all legislation and corporate governance in human resource domain.

Education, qualifications, Critical Success Factors

1. Professional from an Institute of repute with specialisation in HR
2. Between 15-20 years work experience preferably in the manufacturing industry with Multinational environment exposure.
3. Age should be less than 45 yrs.
4. Should be conversant in Kannada and Tamil.
5. Sustained record of driving and aligning HR strategies in alignment with business strategies with outstanding results.
6. Demonstrated success leading change management efforts.
7. Ability to influence peers and top management on strength of strategic fit and hard data.
8. Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands on involvement to align people outcomes with business strategies and to drive HR process excellence.
9. High energy, passionate, self-starter, self-motivation, driven by time-bound results delivery.
