Core HR / Generalist - Associate Manager for Vanguard

Should have hands on experience as a Generalist with a domain expertise of HR functions viz: Induction, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement and Employee relations etc.

Candidates should have a strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with high level of commitment.

To take responsibility for aligning the HR strategy, translating strategy into solutions, actions and results.

To build ongoing relationship with business leaders and participate as required with management teams in supporting strategy, evaluating future business plans and determining HR needs and priorities.

To support a high performance culture to maximum individual and team effectiveness.

Provide advice and to counsel managers and employees on employee relations matters, Performance Management, Creating Performance oriented work culture.

Identify attrition risks & develop retention strategies, Responsible for Grievance Handling and Employee Relations.
