Consultant - International Recruitment for Elixir Web Solutions

Client Relation:
1. The applicant should have understanding of the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure and culture and future growth plans.

2. Would be responsible for assigning dedicated account managers to key clients.

3. Would be responsible for ensuring regular met ups with key clients.

4. Ensuring growth in billing from key Clients.

5. Taking regular feedbacks from clients.

6. Ensure high hit rates with the clients.

Delivery Management:
1. To present senior management periodical report on the operation performance of the services offered.

2. Ensure delivery of the resources to the clients with quality, integrity of data & reports and adherence to Service Level Agreements.

3. Meetings/Telecon with clients to understand the profile of the resource/s required

4. Follow-up on the payments and ensuring timely payments.

5. Review the Manpower plan with the HR Manager at the client site..

6. Facilitate Hiring from Competition, Track Cycle time, Team/Resource Bandwidth management, Skill Mix, etc

7. To manage & motivate teams and performance, problem solving & decision making abilities.

8. Design and implement recruiting strategies using a multitude of sources.

Business Development:
1. To drive the business forward by growing and developing existing & new clients through client visits & solid relationship building strategies.

2. Identifying new clients to pitch.

3. Identify key BD people from the team and groom them for pitching.

4. Ensure Forecasting model is in place and encourage business to go in for Human Resource requirements based on the present and future business needs of the Organization

5. Budgeting and Cost monitoring.
