He/ She will manage and monitor the activities of HRD and ensure that the quality and pace in all the tasks is maintained.
He /She will be responsible for maintenance and preservation of service records of all personnel / employees in C-DAC, Pune.
Organizational Development interventions relating to HR.
Overall supervision of Training and development activities, both technical and soft skills, for the members.
Planning quality systems in HR processes in keeping with the Quality policy of C-DAC.
