Drives the development and implementation of Workforce and Succession Planning & also manages the business`s Talent Strategy & Processes , including leadership development assessments & plans

Develops & implements organizational effectiveness plans in support of achieving business goals

Qualified with Masters Degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute
