Asst Manager - Performance Appraisal / Compensation and Benefits for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance

1. He/She should have experience in appraisal process end to end.

2. Should be excellent with Microsoft- especially Excel.

3. Need not be a pure Compensation and Benfits profile but should have through knowledge and experience on the same.

4. Corporate HR role preferred.

5. Experience and knowledge on Balance Score card and Bell curving stragtegy and methods is a must.

6. Sectors preffered Manufacturing/IT/BPO.
