Candidate should be able to ensure SLA`s are met and remedial actions are implemented within the defined timeline
Regular interactions with the client to manage perceptions
Regular review of IESC Operations and provide feedback to improvise the deliverables
Assist the Managers/Leads in resolving ciritcal People/Process issues
Ensure appropriate BCP/DRP are in place
Handle all Client escalations
Work towards people development and help Managers/Leads in identifying right people for right position
Take up Quality/Lean Projects to enhance performance and Delivery
This role will be accountable and responsible for IESC Operational Delivery and ensuring client satisfaction
