The ideal candidate must have:
1. Must have good communication skills – Verbal & Written (English).
2. Must have basic working knowledge in computers and MS-Office, Internet and Emailing techniques.
3. Should be ready to adapt multi-national culture
4. Should be ready to take up the ON-JOB training program offered by the client
5. Should have good searching skills using internet on any given topic.
6. MUST BE OPEN TO NIGHT SHIFTS
7. Must be prepared to travel United States for further training after 9 months of employment with the organization.
8. Must be focussed, analytical, target oriented in approach and key team player.
9. Must have the basic soft skills of understanding and serving the Fortune 500 clients
