Desired Profile
a. should be able to handle the mandate independently

b. should be able to do the interview and assessment independently

c. should be able to interact with the client and hand hold the candidates

d. should have capability to source and identify candidates through multiple channels like headhunting, networking, sourcing through social networking sites, job portals etc.
