To align human resources strategies with the business strategies and expectations
To recruit right talent for the roles at optimum cost
To retain and nurture the right talent and to ensure corrective action with the employees not suitable for the requirement
To ensure induction of all the staff members (new or replacements)
To implement performance counseling and management of all the employees
To ensure statutory compliances at the store;
To maintain accurate database of all the employees and send the MIS on regular basis to head office
To manage payroll of the store and ensure the that all the staff members get paid salaries and incentives accurately and on time
To mentor and encourage all other managers to mentor high potential staff members
To implement Employee Satisfaction Surveys at store level
To ensure implementation of HR policies and processes at store level and awareness of these policies among all the staff members
To ensure grooming of high potential staff identified for the next level and ensure career planning for them
To manage accurate allocation of human resources at all the sections, depending on the availability of staff on the floor along with unit head
To create rosters for the store staff
To ensure availability of staff uniforms
To implement referral scheme at store level
To conduct Employee Engagement programs
To ensure high levels of motivation of staff members through various interventions
To manage employee attrition
