Assist.Manager Behavioural Traiimg for RR Donnelley Global

The candidate would play a developmental role in training Trainers / Senior Trainers

Responsible for the development of training programs and quality initiatives.

Provide information concerning individual and team performance as well as requirements related to new hire training and continued training for existing staff.

In addition to developing curriculum and monitoring the in team training staff, the

Trainer will be required to conduct training as needed.

Post graduation in English preferred for language trainers

MBA preferred for soft skills and behavioral training

Certification in training preferred

Work with Operations to develop the overall team training strategy and quality plan
Interact with clients to ensure training requirements are met.

Obtain and impart training soft skills such as communication skills, language development and other MDP

Perform training needs assessments for staff at all levels.

Coordinate with key personnel in Operations to assess training needs

Develop training materials and delivery methods for new hire as well as new initiatives / opportunity training for existing staff.

This includes but is not limited to instructional design, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids

Ensure all new hire training is updated and meets RR Donnelley requirements

Monitor quality metrics at individual technician level and provide feedback to management and training teams

Research and increase knowledge in specific areas of business and soft skills
