The candidate is responsible for delivering Customer Service modules to the floor staff at the stores

Responsible for the 100% compliance of Induction Process at the Stores.

Assisting Regional Manager Talent Transformation in maintaining Induction process compliance at all the stores.

Regular interface with Concept/ Operations/ Functions to implement the Induction Process.

Assisting the Regional Manager Talent Transformation in the training of new employees for the new store openings.

Assisting the Regional Manager Talent Transformation in measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives

Preparing the reports and submission of the same to the Regional Manager Talent Transformation.

Coordinating with HR Representatives at the Stores for Training ERP & related MIS

Experience in facilitating training programs in Retail / Service Industry.
