Candidate should provide India Operations management and staff with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively to meet business needs To support the managers in building on our "high performance culture" by promoting robust talent management processes designed to encourage the development and deployment of our top talent and high potential.
Design and facilitate business-specific leadership development programs and tools.
Liaise closely with the GSC regarding learning and development needs for the India Operations and work in partnership to respond to those needs.
Oversee and coordinate the Induction program for the Hyderabad office.
Proactively identify staff and leadership development needs through consultation with the India Operations management and design, deliver or assist in the design and delivery of, agreed talent and development interventions.
Increase Hyderabad staff awareness of new and existing learning and development tools and resources within Thomson Reuters.
Reach out and proactively build relationships or partnerships with other areas of the India Operations and with managers at various levels to ensure that identified needs are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
