Handling client for the Digipass activities both on calls and email. Doing password reset for the AO clients, setup of tokens and follow up till it’s delivered to the clients. Act as a Single Point of Contact and represent the team at Chennai. Interact with stake holders across the globe, establish a good rapport and manage the team here to take up all challenging assignments.
Tracking the Mails and CSE application for the digipass setup request’s and perform the setup. After the setup, the digipass numbers has to be intimated to DHL for the dispatch to the client.
Ensure client confidentiality and adherence to compliance as per the business requirements
Should be up to date with all procedures and internal guidelines relating to the function/activities
To ensure all Mails are acted upon as per SLA for Access Sales
Reporting of internal/external errors to Manager
Meeting SLA for the requests
Collating the MI and sending it to the respective heads every month.
Internal meetings- Conducting regular meeting at the beginning and during shift handover with other team members to update them on following items: Any new Process Changes, Client complaints and complements, or any other special items to be discussed.
Monthly team meet:
Conducting team meeting every month to discuss about the team’s productivity, team’s progress , update’s on new projects, team briefing and having brainstorming sessions.
For all new migrations, prepare process documentation, assess risks involved and complete the risk assessment templates and ensure sign off by all stake holders. Update team members on the new process and ensure they are followed religiously.

Required Qualifications

A Completed University Degree (any Stream).
At least 5 to 6 years related experience.
Very Good verbal / written communication in English
Excellent People management skills
Good networking skills
Basic knowledge of voice based processes and the challenges faced by such processes.
Positive attitude & good team player
Good People skills
Good Documentation skills
Good perception of ‘Ops Risk’
