Candidates should have experience in the following areas ensuring effective recruitment process.

Liaison with Government officials.

Issuing charge sheets, legal letters.

Ensuring that all statutory returns are sent periodically on time.

Supervising statements for gratuity & other benefits.

Supervising all P.F. & E.S.I. matters.

Formulating HR policies and guidelines (i.e. from entry level to exit).

Designing training need analysis and career development programs.

Organizing internal-external training & development programs.

Implementation of ISO-9000/QS-9000.

Implementation of total quality management (TQM).

Reviewing reward system and retirement schemes.

Ensuring effective performance appraisal schemes.

Post Graduate/ Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare from any recognized university and passed welfare officers exam conducted under Jharkhand Factory, welfare officer rule by commisioner of labour Jharkhand/chief inspector of factories Jharkhand.

Experience in Personnel & Administration of Manufacturing Units in Jharkhand will be preffred
