Work on statutory compliance work Shops and Establishment act for AP and TN
Scorecard/Dashbaords/MIS - 100% within Timeline, and 100% accuracy.
Ensure potential issues are identified and escalated
All HR Operations activities are strictly as per the process defined
Ensuring team and self follow company policies and procedures & create a professional and disciplined working environment
Handle end to end insurance from new hires process to reconciling balance with the Finance team
Handle the Peoplesoft database and maintanence with all required mass uploads
Periodic audits to ensure that Peoplesoft is 100% accurate
Handling the attendance system while ensuring there are no issues and the data captured is accurate
Configuring the system as per the current policy.
Assisting HRBP`s for MIS
Handle the complete back end process for Performance Management, including audit of data / letters / payroll updates / peoplesoft uploads
Ensure that the processes are as per the current polices and work on communication of all policies to the HRBP`s
Graduate (Full Time) in any stream, MBA - HR/PM
Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Contact with others is primarily internal.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Bachelor`s degree and experience.
