Candidate will be responsible for induction and on boarding.

Employee Relations/ Communication - Skips, one on ones, all types of query handling, policy adherence, grievance handling and communication flows, performance improvement plans, attending process reviews, townhall participation, meeting training batches, engagement activities, identification of bottom quartile.

Audits - Leave card, File, Payroll, TL calculator, Attendance tracker ).

Government liasoning - ESI and PF.

Assisting ex employees with PF , relieving letters , etc.

Payroll & compliance.

Auditing of incentives , etc.

Full and final calculation & inputs.

Desired Profile:
Graduate (preferably MA/ MBA/ MPM).

3 – 4 yrs + experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Good knowledge in labor laws.
