Assistant Manager-HR for Thomson Reuters

Post Graduate in Human Resources (MSW or MBA in HR)

5 - 8 years HR generalist experience, preferably within a multi-site and global environment

Excellent up-to-date employment law knowledge

Previous experience in handling sensitive employee relations and dismissal situations, with the initiative to know how to be discreet and keep employee matters confidential

Previous experience of HR databases (PeopleSoft desirable)

Well organised and disciplined with regard to the application of HR policy, procedures and standards

The ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment

Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi would be desirable
