Candidate should have experience in manpower planning, wage settlement, liasioning with govt / ext agencies, PMS, labour welfare activties, HR policies, recruitment & selection, training & development, general administration activities.

Should share a good rapport with HODs & Union.

Desired Profile:
The desired candidate should be a graduate from any stream having 12 to 16 yrs of experience in the field of HR / IR / Personnel & Admin.

He/She should also possess a PG degree in HRM or Personnel Management.

Excellent communication skills are very important.
