The candidate would be responsible to lead a team of recruiters and closing all the senior positions.
Developing and Implementing recruiting strategies and other HR Operations.
Responsible for end to end recruiting and head - hunting as per company`s requirement
Would be coordinating with the Departmental heads for their manpower requirements.
Ensuring of all Recruitment Policy and procedures being followed and in sync with the Organization`s strategies.
The candidate should be MBA with minimum experience in Recruitments.
Should be good at handling the teams.
Must be a self-starter have positive attitude and able to handle the work pressure.
Should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
