Responsible for ensuring 0% revenue leakage on account of inaccurate processing of payroll & settlements
Ensure timely resolution of queries relating to payroll & taxation
Provide ER support to all functional support teams
Ensure Statutory Compliance and liaison with Insurance, labour, PF and Income Tax Authorities
Plan and execute salary and tax query sessions
Comply with Group’s Statutory Audit standards and local legal requirements
Conduct vendor audits on regular basis
Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws & Indian taxation including experience of managing statutory & regulatory matters.
Prior experience in HR, payroll, compensation & benefits administration desired. Prior experience in dealing with legal & statutory matters desired.
