Job Description:
* Manage the entire payroll processing from managing time and attendance inputs to printing of payroll checks and advices.

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of the process.

* Ensure timely and accurate data transfers to and from client`s vendors for benefit, tax.

* Manage the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives

Leads a team which:
* Processes on-cycle off-cycle payroll runs for all employees.

* Processes manual checks,overpayments and credits.

* Balances weekly, bi-weekly, bimonthly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll data to ensure compliance, reasonableness and to monitor trends.

* Ensure complete wage withholding information is properly recorded and accurately calculated for each payroll.

* Works with other HR Services departments to correct employee-level detail and determine solutions to prevent recurrence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.

* Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information

* Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

* Ensure Teams Adhere to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.

* Ensure adherence to the Contractual

* Encourage Teams Report Security Incidents.

* Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for Teams are conducted periodically.

* Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.

* Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status.
