Goal setting and performance appraisal exercise across the organisation, through balance score card and carring out various management communication programs around it.

360 degree feedback and appraisal.

Competency mapping and Development centre.

Deploy performance development plan and do periodic reviews on post training effectiveness, career management and succession planning.

Driving employee engagement / satisfaction survey.

Designing Retention tools for star performers and critical employees.

Implement the mentoring program for all new hires and high potential.

Trained in using recruitment tools - Thomas Profiling; FIRO B,MRE, MBTI etc.

Set quality standards for various operational areas of human resource.
