Assistant HR Manager for Kohinoor Group

Candidate should be a MBA (HR)/MLS with minimum 5-7 years of experience in handling the entire gamut of HR.

Should have dealt with Contract labour activities and unionised staff.

Male candidate with experience in Hotel Industry will be preferred.

Job Description:
1. Preparing a manpower plan based on the business strategy and implementing the plan by timely recruiting employees and inducting the newly joined employees

2. Compensation management for all employees
