Assist. Manager / Manager - Payroll & Trust Mngmnt for Tata Power

The candidate will be processing of Salary of Management Staff through SAP Payroll system including payroll processing for settlement cases of Retired/Resigned employees and compliance to all related statutory requirements applicable to various Laws
Interacting with internal and external auditors, statutory authorities, bankers and financial institutions,
Monitoring and reconciliation of all Payroll related accounts including Provident Fund, Family Pension and other related deductions
Knowledge of EPM Processes, Internal Audit requirements and managing applicable web based systems
Processing of Employees Loan applications, Loan reconciliations, Gratuity and VRMG computations
Bachelors/Masters in Commerce with a minimum experience in Accounts and Administration
Knowledge of various Acts such as PF Act, PF rules, Family Pension Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Income Tax Act, Labour Welfare Fund etc.
Knowledge of Management of Gratuity Trust Fund
Well versed with Payroll & Trust Management administration, Accounting, IT Act & Rules, Investments, PF, Pension
Administration rules and other related statutory requirements
Fully conversant with SAP FICO Module, SAP Payroll and related software systems
Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office(Excel, Word and Power Point)
Result orientation, Analytical Approach, Decision making and teamwork are the necessary personality traits
