Thomson Reuters, Hyderabad 4–10 Yrs Share this jobDay to day contacts this role will be required to liaise with include India Operations management, HR Business Partners, GSC, Manager, Staff Development, Global Talent and Development department colleagues and peers from other functions within India Operations.
Design and facilitate business-specific leadership development programs and tools.
Design and facilitate business-specific staff development programs and tools.
Liaise closely with the GSC regarding learning and development needs for the India Operations and work in partnership to respond to those needs.
Oversee and coordinate the Induction program for the Hyderabad office.
Proactively identify staff and leadership development needs through consultation with the India Operations management and design, deliver or assist in the design and delivery of, agreed talent and development interventions.
Increase Hyderabad staff awareness of new and existing learning and development tools and resources within Thomson Reuters.
Reach out and proactively build relationships/partnerships with other areas of the India Operations and with managers at various levels to ensure that identified needs are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
Reach out and proactively build relationships with Global Talent and Development Department colleagues, Learning and Development colleagues and colleagues in other strategic business units and look to leverage any best practices identified through these associations for the benefit of the India Operation.
Be proactive in the implementation, application and continuous improvement of processes, practices and procedures.
Serves as a role model for development by pursuing opportunities to learn and use new skills and by seeking and acting on feedback.
