Recruitment:
The candidate would be responsible for recruitment activities from the receipt of headcount requisition till joining
Responsible for fixation of various grades and salary structure
Training
Responsible for arranging detailed induction program for the newly joined employees
Identifying the training needs of employees with the help of HODs and arranging necessary
Training programs
Responsible for employee welfare measures by having periodical interaction with the
Employee
HR - Development
Develop and implement policies and procedures in response to the Human Resource needs of the business and relevant legislation and in line with corporate guidelines
Identification of potentials in the company
Implementation of HR-development programs (assessment and career planning)
Coordinating with HODs for periodical Performance Review of new employees
Be responsible for annual increments
Should take care of Transfer and Promotion activities
HR- Reporting
Prepare headcount Planning, budgets and other functional planning activities as required
Maintaining Personal files with the necessary inputs
Responsible for introduction and maintain incentive (bonus) scheme
Monthly HR reporting to management and as per requirement to corporate HR
Implementation and controlling of HR policies
Oversee the company`s employee benefits and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Responsible for maintaining statutory registers as per the shops & Establishment Act at Corporate Office and the concerned Statutory at Sites
Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by immediate superior / Managing

Payroll
Responsible for payroll related activities and monthly process of payroll
Maintaining leave details
Comprehensive knowledge in HR related activities
Advanced soft skills like communication, conflict resolution both internal and external
Analytic competence
Management skills and team player
Good knowledge in MS office and data based IT- Solutions
Experience in implementation of procedures, guidelines and rules and ability to maintain and control the implemented systems
