Provide a comprehensive recruitment service using the relevant recruitment system.

Organize & Coordinate with Candidates for interview scheduling of with respect to client & feedback from the clients.

Headhunting with Consultants, Screening for Resumes.

Follow up on offered candidates.

Screening of applications. Identification of prospective candidate and short-listing, conducting preliminary interviews & make arrangement for final interview.

Facilitate selection, Issuing of Letter of Intent.

To complete joining formalities i.e. Preparing appointment letter of new entrant, preparing separate file of the employee and place them at their respective place in respective departments.

Maintenance of office equipments including computers.

Supervision of Pantry & Housekeeping Staff.

Stationery procurement & distribution.
